The Seattle Seahawks had one less home game than they wanted to last season. With a win over the Arizona Cardinals – any win at all over the Cardinals, that is – the Seahawks could have very easily been playing the Atlanta Falcons at home in the playoffs. Home field advantage is extremely important to all NFL teams. That said, CenturyLink is the lifeblood that has carried the current makeup of the Seahawks to unparalleled franchise success.
This year’s home schedule is favorable on paper. The road schedule is much tougher.
